I grew up constantly on the move. From a young age, I was fascinated by the human body and how it functions. This led me to a career of coaching diving and triathlon. I spent countless hours analyzing and correcting people’s form in the water and on land. This strengthened my hands-on approach and allows me to critically, as well as holistically, evaluate a patient’s condition to determine the best combination of treatment. When the pandemic hit I realized that I wanted to progress my abilities, so I decided to jump profession and become a massage therapist. I found a large part of my learning was the extra work I took on helping my friends and family outside of school. After a few years of intense schooling, I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage in 2022.
During treatment, I pride myself on being adaptable to what the client needs. My background in athletics has given me a profound understanding of injuries and the timeline of healing. Furthermore, I supplement every treatment with information that assists in the recovery process. I’m a big fan of using deeper techniques; this includes deep tissue massage, active release style treatments, joint mobilization, and trigger point therapy. If a softer approach is required, I’m able to utilize Swedish massage, stretching, and lymphatic drainage modalities to help ease the pain with high sensitivity or swelling.
Outside of my practice, I like to live an active lifestyle. I enjoy kayaking, hiking, swimming, and running. I’m passionate about food! I cook a lot of my own backpacking meals and love experimenting with a dehydrator. You can catch me most mornings walking Rathtrevor beach and enjoying a fresh cup of coffee!

Margot has been a licensed acupuncturist in British Columbia since 2001, following her four-year training at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM) in Victoria, BC. Her practice is rooted in the traditional principles of Chinese Medicine and enriched by decades of experience and continued study.
Drawing from a range of modalities—including acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, acupressure, and Jin Shin Do—Margot offers a deeply intuitive and effective approach to health care. She is especially influenced by the teachings of Dr. Richard Tan and Master Tung Ching Chang, utilizing these advanced techniques to deliver precise treatments that often require fewer needles and avoid directly needling painful or dysfunctional areas. This allows her to help patients experience immediate and lasting relief from pain, dysfunction, and imbalances.
Margot also integrates philosophies such as the Five Elements and Global Balance Method, creating a well-rounded and individualized treatment experience for each person she works with. She is additionally trained in Chinese herbal medicine and facial rejuvenation acupuncture, offering natural support for skin vitality, tone, and aging-related concerns.
She has a special interest in supporting women through menopause—an area often lacking in understanding and solutions—and is passionate about helping women navigate this transition with greater ease and confidence.
Outside the clinic, Margot enjoys walking with her dog, swimming, reading, meditation, and immersing herself in lifelong learning—especially through continued study of traditional medicine, which remains one of her greatest joys.

Gabrielle is a trauma-focused Registered Clinical Counsellor who works primarily with adults navigating the lasting impacts of trauma. Her areas of focus include abuse, major life events, complex relational wounds, cultural oppression, and grief and loss. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals as they process difficult experiences and rebuild a sense of safety, identity, and inner strength.
Gabrielle holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and brings experience from both community-based and recovery-oriented settings, where she has supported clients through individual and group counselling. Prior to becoming a counsellor, she spent nearly four years working as a women’s support and outreach worker in a domestic abuse transition home. This work shaped her commitment to trauma-focused care and continues to inform her approach.
Her therapeutic style is trauma-informed, relational, and client-led. Gabrielle integrates narrative therapy, parts work, and somatic awareness, working collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, understand triggers, and gently process experiences at a pace that feels safe and supported. A central focus of her work is helping clients move from self-blame and the question, “What is wrong with me?” toward a more compassionate understanding of “What happened to me?” — reducing shame and recognizing that many coping patterns developed as meaningful and protective responses. She believes that while painful experiences can influence us, they do not determine our worth or define our identity.
Drawing from her experience facilitating structured treatment programs, Gabrielle incorporates psychoeducation to help clients understand how their brains and bodies respond to trauma, as well as other aspects of mental health and well-being. This helps clients make sense of their reactions and develop tools to feel more regulated and supported. She believes that understanding these responses can be empowering and affirms that clients’ reactions are not a reflection of their worth.
In addition to trauma work, Gabrielle has supported older youth and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, body image concerns, and self-confidence struggles. While trauma recovery remains central to her practice, she values meeting clients where they are and focusing on what feels most important in the moment.
Gabrielle offers a steady, compassionate space where healing can unfold with curiosity and care. Sessions are collaborative and responsive to the needs of the client, guided by a shared goal of healing, growth, and creating meaningful change in their life.
